The clinicians at Southwood Psychotherapy Center welcome you to our website where we hope you will find useful information about our practice and it's mission to provide the very best in mental health care to the residents of southeast Nebraska.

We are an association of four psychotherapists with a broad range of training and experience offering the public a variety of treatment options for depression, anxiety, parenting education and applications, oppositional defiant disorder, bi-polar disorder, anger, eating disorders, adjustment problems, schizoaffective disorder and others. Each of us is trained to provide family and couples therapy as well as individual therapy to members of a family or a couple. Our approaches vary with each person we see. We pay very close attention to the problem as it is presented with an emphasis on the needs of each client.

We do our best to make contacting us and getting set up with a therapist as painless as possible. We ask that you call our office at 402.420.2112 and speak with our office manager. She will ask some preliminary questions that will allow her to contact your insurance company, verify benefits for you, acquaint you with our practice and schedule an appointment with one of our therapists.
